Jonathon Yormak

Founder | Managing Partner

Jonathon co-leads East End Capital with partner Shep Wainwright and helps position the firm as a best-in-class, institutionally governed real estate investment platform.
Before founding East End, he was a Managing Principal at Ruben Companies and Broadway Partners, where he acquired, repositioned, and managed more than 15 million square feet of office space and over 1,000 residential units. He also brings deep capital markets and legal experience from roles at Fried Frank and Pryor Cashman.
Jonathon is a graduate of Colby College and Fordham Law School and serves on the Board of Directors for the Wynwood Business Improvement District.

Shep Wainwright

Managing Partner

Shep leads East End sourcing and execution for all the firm’s activities.
Before joining East End, he was a Senior Vice President at KBS, overseeing acquisition and joint venture activity. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Savanna as Managing Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management, managing a 3 million square foot portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Shep co-founded Cosi Inc., growing it into a nationally recognized brand with over 100 locations before its public listing. He holds a degree from Hamilton College.

Andrew is based in New York City and supports acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, and property management across East End’s portfolio.

Vice President -Corporate Accounting

Allison supports the firm’s corporate accounting leadership and is part of the financial operations backbone of the platform.

Vice President- Development

Andrew is part of East End’s development leadership team and supports execution across development initiatives.

Sharene Lowe

Accountant

Sharene supports the accounting function and day-to-day financial administration for the firm.

John Chung

Vice President- Property Accounting

John leads property accounting functions and supports portfolio-level financial operations. 

Nalani Wong

Senior Construction Administrator

Nalani supports construction administration and helps coordinate execution across East End’s active development and improvement project
