Wynwood 25 represents East End Capital’s vision for the future of urban living in Miami’s rapidly evolving Wynwood district. Developed and completed in 2019, the project was the first purpose-built multifamily rental development delivered under Wynwood’s 2015 re-zoning framework.
Located at the center of the neighborhood between NW 24th and NW 25th Streets, the property was designed to integrate residential living, retail, hospitality, and culture into a single institutional-quality mixed-use environment.
The development features 289 residential apartments with floor-to-ceiling glass, over 31,000 square feet of retail space, and a highly curated amenity program tailored to modern urban lifestyles. As Wynwood evolved into a major mixed-use destination, institutional-quality residential product remained limited. Delivering one of the first large-scale rental developments in the neighborhood required conviction in the area’s long-term growth and demand dynamics.
The Solution
East End executed a ground-up mixed-use development strategy centered on design, placemaking, and tenant experience.
